The Corporate Secretary will forward the correspondence to the Lead Director or the non-management directors, as appropriate. Correspondence to the Lead Director should relate to the duties and responsibilities of the Board and its committees.
You may also communicate by e-mail with the Audit Committee Review Team by clicking here and completing the provided form.
Matters deemed by the Review Team to require the attention of the Board will be forwarded as appropriate. Forms that are larger than 65,000 characters* will be truncated.
For both methods of communication, please refrain from sending mass mailings, product complaints/inquiries, new product suggestions, resumes/job inquires, business solicitations, advertisements and surveys.
* If you need to submit more information or to send attachments, please ensure that your contact information is correct when you submit your initial correspondence. You will be contacted so arrangements can be made to submit the additional information.
